I have a 91 chev sportside pickup with a 350 that I am rebuilding. Can anyone tell me which bushings are better, rubber or polyurethane, when considering noise reduction and ride quality.

OEM style rubber. Poly bushings are hokey and break up and squeak. I don't fancy them much.

Supposedly they give better handling, but frankly, you don't buy a pickup to handle. You buy it to haul.

Stick with Moog quality front end replacement parts. Best bet.
