Tire Allignment

Tire Allignment
My 1999 Mazda 626 which I leased brand new 30 months ago, now needs 4 new tires.
However, I will be trading in this Mazda for another leased car within 6 to 12 months. I'm on a tight budget so if I can save $40.00 on the cost of allignment I will do so since I'm not keeping the car very long. But, if it's necessary for safety, I will glady spend the money. Question: is it necessary to have the new tires alligned on a leased car that I will be trading in within 6 - 12 months?

If your old tires wore out evenly and you dont change sizes leave the alignment alone.Alot of shops just adjust the toe to center the steering wheel, waste of money.

That being said, some place throw in an alignment when you buy four tires from them. You might look at such places as well.
40 bucks won't break you for an alignment as you alluded to.
That being said, I never lease cars. I buy them outright or get them for free and just drive 'em .

this will be a waste of time ,the dealer will do a UCI before it will be sold again
I don't know who posted this, or how they did it under my name, but I do not remember posting. I don't even know what a UCI is.
Little confused and concerned.

K, I found out why this was posted. My son posted with different name, but it showed under my name. I didn't know this forum worked that way.
I also learned what 'UCI' is. Used Car Inspection. Heheh, live and learn!
