97 Olds Cutlass Supreme Oily Coolant

I'm seeing some oily residue in the coolant recovery tank of this 97 Cutlass w/3.1 engine. I flushed and refilled the radiator back in September of this past year. Not seeing anything (chocolate milk) yet on the dipstick. The car has 120k miles on it. Could this possibly be the early sign of a blown head gasket?? Any suggestions welcome. Thanks

Check alldata.com for any known bulletins on this problem.

That being said, a shop can check the cooling system for the presence of hydrocarbons which would indicate a blown gasket.
