replaced flasher and hazards work just no turn signal's.This has really got me stumped

Likely a bad ground at this point. Again, do the hazard flashers work correctly?
You may have changed the HAZARD flasher and not the turn signal flasher. Most vehicles have two.
Most times they are in the fuse box or next to the steering column. A quick call to any GM dealer's parts dept. should net you the location.
I'd bet you changed the wrong flasher.
