99 Camry - clicking

My '99 Toyota Camry, manual transmission, 50,000 miles, 4valves, clicks constantly: when the cars hot or cold, clutch in or out, driving straight, turning, idling, etc. Sounds like a magnified version of when kids would stick a playing card in the spokes of their bicycles. I'm unemployed, so wondered if it was something I could fix since I have time on my hands. Time but no skills, but I'm a quick study. Any suggestions?

Go to a parking lot, roll down the window and do lock-to-lock turns in a circle.

If you hear clicking or popping, bad CV joints. Rebuilt axles are needed.

Could also be bad wheel bearings as well.

Check www.alldata.com for known bulletins and problems that match this symptom.
