How do I get a heatercore out of a 1995 Dodge Caravan, with air?

You're going to need a service manual. A real, genuine Chrysler service manual.

The airbag(s) must be disabled, the a/c refrigerant must be recovered, the steering column has to be lowered & the entire instrument panel assembly has to be removed. Then you can disconnect the heater & a/c hoses and remove the HVAC assembly from the firewall. Once on the bench, the top of the HVAC plenum is removed to access the heater core.

You might want to leave this one to a pro. It's a pain in the butt job & can be dangerous (airbags & a/c) if you don't follow the correct service procedures.
