Oil pan

I have a 1992 Saturn SC 4 cyl. It sat in the back yard all winter. The oil pan is rusty and speeping oil, a few spots are paper thin and when the engine is hot i lose about a half quart a day.
I can't replace the pan without lifting the engine because there is no way i can get to 3 of the bolts, unless i make a special tool <G>. Anyway I just use it to and from work and don't want to put much money into it. Anyone know what i can use to seal the outside of the oil pan with? I tried something like "cold steel" product and it didn't last long.

Probably no other alternative but to replace the pan. I have a Saturn and haven't heard of them rotting out like that.

Perhaps it was hit and got damaged in a spot.
