1986 Honda Accord computer

After parking my accord in front of my apartment I woke up the next morning and found it submerged beyond the driver seat in water.

This was about a month ago. The car will crank, but will not start. Some people have said its probably the computer, but I dont know much at all about automotive repair, and I am not sure how to go about changing the computer.

Can anyone give me some advice? I'd really apreciate it.

Depending on the extent of the water in the car, it will have electrical problems. Water and electricity don't mix, and the computer is likely rusted. Generally it's under the seat on some vehicles.

My personal opinion: Pitch the car. Flooding that extensive leads to many, many other electrical gremlins down the road that are a bear (and quite expensive) to fix.
