I have a 1999 Lexus RX300 V6. Hard to keep engine running when started warm. must give it some gas to prevent stalling. Is there an idle adjustment I could do myself?

No. The idle is factory set and should not be tampered with.

This is a 1999 vehicle and a premium one at that. I would be back at the dealer's door asking for a free repair under warranty.

For the price you pay for one of those, they should gold plate the parts too .
