I need to know if there is anyone who knows about air conditioners for a 65 Ford Fairlane?

There are tons of parts for old Fords like this. Check Hemmings magazine for vintage parts suppliers.
If you still have your old parts, some can be rebuilt or as Knuckles said, a more generic replacement found for them.
Depends on what you want to know. It's not going to be cheap to redo that system...that I do know
. Guys with old stock on this stuff know what they have.
