1977 Dodge Van

HAVE BEEN HAVING PROBLEM FOR QUITE A WHILE.tHE MOTOR CRANKS AND STARTS FINE,THE PROBLEM IS IT MAY TAKE 3OR 4 MINUTES BEFORE i CAN DRIVE OFF AS SOON AS iLET BREAK OFF AND TRY TO DRIVE OFF THE MOTOR WILL DIE IN THE WINTER TIME IT MAY TAKE 10 OR 15 MINUTES BEFORE iAM ABLE TO DRIVE AWAY .aNY SUGGESTIONS OUT THERE ? i WOULD CERTAINLY APPRECIATE IT. THANKS A LOT

Does this van have a catalytic converter. Sounds like it may be plugged

you might check your distributer cap and see if it is drawing moisture, just look inside the cap for any moisture, if the cap looks ok it is likely a carb or choke problem.
