A/C stopped blowing (some)

94 Chevy Suburban 1500. 350 V8, A/C 4 wheel drive.
Air in the front slows to a crawl when turned on high. Rear air works great, kids say they get cold, but we are sweating up front.
No repairs recently that would effect A/C. One thing I noticed, is the volts gauge drops to 1/4 when it's all going. Any advice.

Check www.alldata.com for any known bulletins on this problem.

I thought I recall one similar to this problem.
