My mother in-law owns a 1993 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme, six cylinder,3.1. For a while her car has been cutting off on her while
in moiton. Most of the time the car cuts off while waiting at the
traffic light. She had a new fuel tank, fuel filter, and fuel pump placed on the car but the problem still occurs. The car always manages to restart after a while. Please help if possible. Thanks

Coil packs & ignition modules are common failures on these cars.

I would take it back to the mechanics that have been "fixing" it for her and have them attack the real problem and stop changing parts.
