99 Ford Expedition Brake Lights
Both of my rear brake lights don't come on when I brake, I dont know for how long though, someone told me today. The light on the top of the trunk comes on, and the rear lights and turn signals light properly, so I assume it is not the lights. When I was towing a trailor earlier today, the trailer brake lights worked. I looked at autolibrary.org and checked out some diagrams, but they where all pretty general. If there is something that I am missing please help me

I'd check the trailer harness. Trace it back & make sure the connectors are clean & secure where it ties in to the main lighting harness.
