93 caprice spark plug prob.[this ones unusual...]I

I have a 93 Chevy Caprice w/a 5.O V8 that has never given me a problem the whole time i've owned it.The other day, however, i had to accelerate suddenly & when i did, one of the spark plugs [left front, on passenger side] was blown apart! Turns out it had rusted in the cylinder; the seat of the sprk plug is still in the eng,, while the top part- and even the electrode- came out! Now, how does one go about removing it when i cannot even see directly where it screws in there [ the exh, manifold is above & the suspension & wheel well is in the way, also.] it is a really tight space; help!!

If the metal hex is still in the engine, just fit a socket on it and unscrew it. If not, you may have to drill into it and back it out.

Change the oil when you do, as pieces can find their way into the engine. Not good.

How old are the spark plugs? Lol.
