1992 Mecury Grand marquis code problem

I have a code 327 which indicates "EGR VALVE POSITION CIRCUIT BELOW MINIMUM VOLTAGE". Where do I start looking for the problem?
Thanks

You likely have a bad EGR valve and the position sensor screwed to the top of it is likely bad as well.

Replace them both and clear the code. Should be ok now. Common problem on Fords.
