Regluing probably not an option; I tried that once on a sagging Toyota liner and didn't work too well - the fabric had stretched.

If it's a one-piece, foam-backed type liner you can replace it with a new one from the dealer, think I paid about $200 for a new Toyota liner. Bit of a pain in the butt to replace, but results were like factory.

If you just want a quick fix, check with auto parts stores. They sell packages of barbed tacks that you can use to get the sag out.

All good options suggested by TowGuy.

Can also take the board and fabric out of the vehicle and have a auto trim shop attach new fabric and foam and you can reinstall it.

I did this on one of my Trans Ams. It looks like new, 60 bucks and 9 years later
