Question Toyota PU EFI question

1990 Toyota-v6-extendacab pickup, keeps blowing the EFI 15 amp blade fuse. Replaced the fuse many times then went to the EFI relay switch and replaced that. Still blowing blade fuses-15 ampers. What would possibly be causing this to happen and what would be my part to check?

This will be a gazorch to check without a wiring diagram, so that is the first step.

Look for shorted or chaffing wires which would surely cause it to blow.
