1993 Dodge Dynasty-blower

blower motor does not work on above vehicle. 3.3 L, with a/c.Have checked fuse, it is OK. After A/C button is pushed on, when blower switch is turned on, you can hear something engage. Does not make same noise when just the A/C is turned on. Thanks. Please note new email address:

Likely a failed blower resistor...very common problem. Typically it's behind the glovebox on most Chryslers...a dealer's parts book can point it out in a jiffy.

I think on that car, they bolted it to the firewall on the passenger side, but I may be mistaken. Chrysler hid those things all over the place. Look for a rectangular metal piece, about 3" long and 1 1/2" wide, with a small screw on each end holding it in place, and an electrical connector with 4 or 5 wires to it.
