Eletrical problem

I have an electrical problem with a 84 Nissan Maxima, 6 Cyl, Auto Trans, 110,000 miles.
The electrical system is dead except for the power windows/ sunroof. The symptoms I am encountering are as follows:

1. Car does not start ( no power to the starter yet I hear an electrical sensor )
2. No lights
3. Windshield wipers don't work
4. No Horn
5. No Emergancy Flashers

I checked the fuses in the fuse box under that dash (all ok)
I checked the grounding connections and battery terminals (all ok)
I checked the fusible links, Battery and on the fender (all seemed ok)
I inspected the steering column wiring/connectors (all ok)
Charged/ verified the battery is ok as well as the connections.

Where should I look next?

The car is not worth too much but someone wants to give me something for it as long as it runs. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check your work again, you missed something. Is the battery fully charged?

Tug on the fusible links really well, likely one is burned.

I double and tripple checked the fusable links. Charged the battery and changed it, yet the same symptoms are accuring.

Get a wiring diagram for it (try Autolibrary.org below) and follow the main power and ground leads. Something is compromised somewhere.
