Patching of concerte flooring

patching question...what would be the best way to patch areas of about 1/16- 1/8 deep (I believe caused by water leakage)? I tried the vinyl concerte mix but it went on to thick and dry and wiped off when I tried to level it. Can I use a premix bag of concerte adding a bonding agent to it? Thanks for the help

1/8" to 1/16" is too thin for a patch. A cemetitious overlay would require 3/8" minimum thickness. Is this a finished floor or rough basement?

DON"T use a premix with bonding! Unless you use the whole thing you are not sure of the composition. Ues either Thorocrete or Sakrete resurfacer. I have been using them to resurface my basement with great results. The floor was laid in 1920 and was seriously pitted and akaline. I treated with Muriacid mix and laid the product and now it is nice and smooth, and repainted.
