Question exterior walls

Our house is in florida and it is approx. 12 years old. The exterior of the house is coquina or "shell dash" which I've read is concrete with shell aggregate? The problem is this: There is damage along the bottom of the house, it is bulging out and the shell is falling off from water damage. We have patched a portion with a cement patch temporarily but we are curious as to how we would repair one whole side of the house to make it uniform and match the rest of the house! Does anyone know what kind of products to use for this? Thanx in advance!

Hello Sassy & welcome to the forums.

I don't have any personal experience working with coquina, but my understanding of it is that its a limestone that has a lot of shell in it. My advice would be to consult a local contractor, get 3 or more bids & check reference prior to deciding on one.

Good luck.
