I have a home that was built in 1989 that has the 'Popcorn' acoustic ceilings, and there are a few water stains from leaks that have since been repaired.

I have heard that you can use a solution of water and chlorine bleach and spray it on the stain and it will go away. Have you heard of this? If you do, can you explain the proper technique and mixture amounts. Or if there are products that you have seen that can do the trick, please advise.

Thanks!

Hello, USE BLEECH AND WATER ABOUT 50/50. COVER THE FLOOR AND FURNITURE AND ANY THING YOU DON'T WANT BLEECH ON. SPRAY IT ON THE STAIN WITH A SPRAY BOTTLE. YOU MAY HAVE TO SPRAY MORE THAN ONCE AND DON'T GET THE TEXTURE TOO WET. IT'S PRETTY HARD TO SCREW THIS UP. GOOD LUCK WOODBUTCHER
