stucco repair

I have to do some minor exterior stucco repairs(mostly cracks, some "chunks") and was wondering if anyone had any input on "silpro" or other such products for this application. I am just a handyman, not a mason, and I'm looking at mostly cracks not much more than about 1/8" thick, and a few larger spots that lost a top layer, or were hit by plows, etc. Thanks to all!

As a painter I've always used caulking to fill any cracks in stucco prior to painting. I've seldom repaired any missing chunks but have used mortar when it was too big to caulk or ignore
