water damage in ceiling

Years of rain coming into the attic has resulted in concentric rings aproximately
two feet across on our ceiling. This looks to be beyond our expertise to repair. Any suggestions?

If the damage is limited to stains then I suggest you sand the area, paint with kilz or Bins. This may tak more then one coat to seal. Then repaint your ceiling.
If the damage is more extensive, then you will need to cut the bad board out, if it is drywall, replace the board, tape, mud, prime and paint.
If your ceiling is plaster, for me the process is too involved for this forum. Maybe not for others though. Don C.
