how do i fix this ?

it is a little worse that the pics show. i am not looking for perfection. just something that doesn't jump out at you, and is not labor intensive. though, a lasting repare is desired.

thanx

Looks like the corner bead is getting loose. You need to nail it tight, remove any loose joint compound and apply new j/c. Using a setting compound like durabond may hold up better although it isn't as user friendly as ready mix j/c.
