Is that next to the edge of the glass? Inside? Outside? Either way, there's no way to make it completely disappear.
Here are a few options. Stelmax (google it) is a product that comes in a squeeze tube that would work well to weld the hole shut. But the hole would need to be prefilled with something as a 1/4" hole is too large for the Stelmax alone to fill. You could also try a stick of JB Weld Waterweld (about $5), but use vinyl gloves and a razor blade to tool/scrape it. It might need a light sanding when you're done to smooth it out. You'd want to tape the vinyl around the hole so as not to scuff the vinyl when you sand. OSI quad is a white polyurethane caulk that would work, provided you could inject the hole then nicely tool it flat with some paint thinner without getting the white caulk all dirty or without smearing it all around the edges of the hole. You can also get white vinyl plugs (caps) that fit a 3/8" hole so you could drill the hole out and make it 3/8" across and snap a plug in. The plug doesn't make it invisible either... it looks like, well, a plug.
