The worker just finished fixing my ceiling but the little bit drywall is on the tile. How do I remove it?

The pic was too blurry for me to see much but joint compound and texture is generally water soluble so a little water and careful scrubbing should remove the errant mud/texture.

It may seem hard as a rock when stuck to the floor and dried but sheet rock mud comes off well. I use a putty knife at a shallow angle to scrape off the bug blobs. Then a wet rag or damp sponge will remove what remains.
