splicing or joining bullnose bead
I imagine some of you have done this but I never have. How does one splice bullnose corner? if the run is longer than the longest stick of bullnose is there a way to make the joint between pieces not obvious?

Bull nose usually refers to ceramic tile. And there should be a corner piece made for that specific use. Never saw a bull nose cut to a 45 to make a corner. Better butt two pieces together if need be.

A little OSI Quad is good for joining the vinyl bead too. You just have to fuss with the seam and be careful sanding the splice. If you can't find a splice you can cut a similar piece out of a scrap of corner... narrow enough to fit inside. Too thick and it will create a bulge. Use a little quad as the glue to join vinyl to vinyl.

These are drywall walls. I am talking about bullnose corner bead. There is a new twist. This corner is greater than 90 degrees. I have not seen it yet. Maybe it is 135 degrees, that is 45 degrees more than 90. Does it take different bullnose to bead a splayed corner or does the same stuff work?
