What Kind Of Caulk

Greetings All,

What kind of caulk, if any, goes in the crack between the bathroom sink backsplashes and the wall? The kind that is paintable or the silicone type that's going to go between the left side backsplash and sink joint? Thanks.

Since that will not see a lot of water I would recommend any paintable caulk.

Either can be used successfully but I agree using a paintable caulk is best - it's more forgiving.

Looks like it was calked but either the vanity or just the top is moving away from the wall so fix that before doing anything.
