I have two holes in my wood siding. Looks as though a squirrel or other animal made them. Does anyone know the "best" way to repair them?

How big are the holes?

If you could make a circle with your hands then that is about the size. I got up there and cut out some of the siding. I think I know what I am up against as far as repairing the holes but if you have a suggestions they would be appreciated.

Cool

Take a flat pry bar and loosen the siding board above the hole.
Use a hacksaw blade and cut the nails holding that piece of siding, and remove it.
Then, remove the piece of siding with the large hole in it, and replace it.
Good Luck! Mike
