Unhappy Cutting out old drywall

The drywall around the bathtub fixtures is moldy so I want to cut out that whole section and put in greenboard or more drywall. What tool is the best for cutting out the old drywall? And any other suggestions. I'd rather not reinvent the wheel....

Cool

You can cut drywall out with a good sharp standard utility knife blade. Cut it back to the center of wall studs for nailing or screwing the new pieces to.
You can use a keyhole saw or drywall saw to cut between the studs, also, but the utility knife should cut through it with a few passes.
Good Luck!
