Petsmart Trainers

I have recently signed up my pugs (11 weeks old) for Puppy Head Start at Petsmart. They start next week for their 8 weeks session. As with everything that concerns puppies, advice keeps coming my way...and many friends told me not to go to Petsmart b/c their trainers aren't certified or aren't good. Has anyone used them? Had bad experiences? Opinions?

I think what you'll find is that the quality may vary from store to store even within the same franchises. Best bet would be to utilize a trainer or business who others refer as having done a good job. If you have friends who don't think Pet Smart does a good job, ask them who have they HAVE had good experiences with. Personally I wouldn't get hung up on whether a trainer was "certified" or not; look for the bottom line - do they get the animal properly trained for a reasonable price.
