treating carpet in advance to prevent dog urination

2 years ago my fiance and his dog moved in. I already had two dogs. The new dog started peeing on the carpeting and soon the others followed suit. They are all trained and normally go outside. We ripped out the carpeting a year ago and have had only concrete for the past year. No peeing, no anything. We are putting in new carpeting today. I was wondering if anyone knew any trick of something to treat the carpeting with to prevent or deter the dogs from peeing?

Close supervision of dogs and training to urinate outdoors are the best preventions. Clean up of pet accidents immediately with enzyme digester cleaner to eliminate odor that attracts pets to repeat their crimes is important.
