Cleaning Under The Cats Chin
I got this in a email form cat age. So its true.
Cats can get pimples from eating out of plastic bowls .What you do is clean under the cats chin about once a week with hydrogen peroxide cause they can't clean under there chins.And that will get rid of the pimples and stop new ones from forming.

Cat acne under chin is not uncommon, especially among those who are not good groomers beneath the chin. Mites and ring worms can also cause pimples. Some cats do appear to have a reaction to plastic feeding dishes according to some reports. Switching to ceramic or metal bowls may be necessary. It is recommended that cat's feeding bowls be kept very clean.
