A pet forum? (Yes. Site Has A Pet Forum. Here)

There doesn't appear to be a pet section here (probably the ONLY topic overlooked!).

I know there are forums for just about anything--some are real good, most just exist or are withering. Is there a great pet forum out in cyber space for a guy who's kinda lost in dealing with the problems of an adopted dog?

Well, we have a Pets and Farm Animals topic under Health, Exercise and Fitness Center. You can post your questions there.

Now why didn't I think to look in the Health & Exercise section for Pets & Farm Animals?

Now that I see it I don't consider 1 post per week to be a very active & lively forum...so my question remains.

I think there was/is a large active group on usenet but I've pretty much abandoned the newsgroups as internet forums have grown & evolved.

Theres a trainer and x-vet tech who checks in regularly..she may have an answer for you. But a Google search for pet/dog care and behavior forums turned up a ton of hits...almost as many as child care and behavior...lol. Kinda tells you something about people huh?

Hello, guy48065. I'm not a trainer but have over 25 years experience dealing with animals and issues. If you need any help, let me know. I have lots of answers. Perhaps you have solved your problems by now but if not let me know.
I also, have adopted rescue animals and find that time usually solves most small problems.

Shouldn't this post be about moving it to a more logical category or if it doesn't fit make it a one forum category so it is easier to find.

Yes. The site has a pet forum and has had one for some time.

Right Here...

Suggestion taken. Thread moved from the generic topic chats and whines....

Unfortunately, thread wasn't moved prior....

Anyone whom wants advice dealing with their household pets should post in this topic. Pets and Farm Animals.

Anyone with knowledge on pets should use this topic to post advice. In this manner all exchanges of communications can be shared with everyone else interested in the subject....
