Photographing Horses Jumping

Hello please help! I have a new baby and would like to get good photographs of him. I also have horses and would like to be able to take clear pictures of jumping.I would like a camera that with one click will take a few images (hope that makes sense) so I can capture take off, in the air and landing of a jump.

Welcome to the forums! First, correct your profile and give us the correct location, which we know is not California. There are several ways of doing what you want. One is using an Iphone. It can be set to take sequential pictures at a reasonably good pixel rate. Most of your high end digital cameras can take sequential pictures by holding down the release button. They will take frame after frame as long as you press the button.

Even mid-range digital cameras are capable of continuous shooting. A lot depends on what you are looking for as far as shutter speed [i.e. frames per second, although digitals don't really have a "shutter"] and resolution.
