blowing fuses
In own a 93' Chevy Suburban and when using my lights at night after about 3-5 minutes after turning the lights on the fuse to my dash and panel lights blow then after trying to continue to my destination with the flashers on the flasher fuse blows Im a woman who knows a little but not this problem.

something is shorted your better off probably going to a shop on this one and having them track it down, the only thing you might do is a complete bulb check make sure they are all working tailights, park lights, brake lights, etc, does the vehicle have any body damage that may have pinched the wiring?
how about a trailer connector sometimes they are installed very poorly if you have one you may look for bare wiring that may be shorting to ground.
