ford f-150 hard to start

my ford f-150 used to start great .hit the key and go.
Now when the engine is cold you have to crank a few seconds let off crank a few more seconds and then she fires up.
Changed fuel filter- sparkplugs- cap&rotor-air filter-breather-oil-oil filter. Did not help.
Any Ideas.

could be alot of things such as slow to build fuel pressure, weak coil , bad coil wire, coolant sensor reading incorrectly, you didnt state what year it is, or engine size so im just assuming it is fuel injected try cycling the key on for couple of seconds then off for about five seconds then back on do this about 3 times before you even try cranking the engine over if it starts up quicker then i would recomend checking fuel pressure when it is first started to see if it is the problem.
