99 S-10 4X4 Four Wheel Drive Switch

Does anyone per chance know what the part number is or know where to find it for a 1999 S-10 blazer? Went to 2 dealres and they didn't have any in stock. Any feedback?

Also, the same vehicle drives rough up to 30-35 mph, like it's missing. Two mechanics said they thought it was water in the gas, but that's been changed out for a month of more and it only does it at low speed and when it's been sitting for a while. Could a plug wire or two cause it to do that only at low speeds? Any ideas on this one?

Thanks, Jim

No one has a clue ?!?!?!?

I find that odd, but this board doesn't get many hits, so I guess that's it.

sorry i have been away and did not see your post till now
well the easieist way to get the part number is if you call the dealer and thay say its not in stock ask theem for the number or pull yours out and get the number off it as to your serge have it scaned for codes also yes bad wires and the need for a tune up wouldent hurt also try a fuel filter

Update

Update- just to post a followup to my original post: took it to the dealer and he discovered an electrical problem in the transfer case that made the switch seem faulty and the hesitation at slower speeds seem like a loss of power situation. At any rate, the problem has been fixed. Thanks.
