Paint Questions

I used a 3M eraser wheel to remove my factory pinstripe and debadge my 98 chevy P/U today. Have not removed molding as of yet, but plan to. This piece by 3M is awesome! Made quick work of pinstripe and adhesive left from badges. However I can still see where the pinstripe was on the paint, and can see 'Chevrolet' outline on tailgate. Any ideas how to make these problems better? Also how could I repair minor scratches in paint? Thanks
