parking brake adjustment F-250

My parking brake goes to the floor. At my regular service intervals, I have the dealer adjust it ($36). While I dont mind paying (doing my part to support the economy ) I used to do it on my old vehicles. Torino had a turnbuckle where the cables split to each wheel. T-bird was done through a oval slot in the backing plate. I could insert a screwdriver and turn a starwheel for adjustment. I was under the truck yesterday. It was a beautiful day to tinker in the driveway. Couldn't find any way to adjust. Could it be that I would need the wheels off? 2003 f-250 sc lb 5.4 4x4 6 speed. It has 4 wheel disc brakes. Thank you in advance.
