Lightbulb Flywheel missing teeth

Ford E350 Diesel, 4 speed automatic, I have a flywheel that is missing teeth, can I change that out myself or is that a pro job? How would I do that, or if pro, how much should that cost?
Thanks,
Jones

If I remember correctly, You would have to drop the driveshaft and transmission. Then unbolt the bell housing to get to the flywheel, unbolt flywheel and reassemble. It's not an easy job. My Thoughts, Bill
