Angry control my idle!!

I have a 1991 F-250 with a 5.0L engine that is idling way too high. My friend suggested it has a vacuum leak, however I cannot find one. Does anyone know if there is a sensor or something else that could be bad? Thanks

High Idle

Ford uses a combination plastic and rubber hose assembly for the PCV valve to connect to the intake.. Usually 1 part of the rubber hose will deteriorate, and suck a hole in the rubber..It's usually the large rubber elbow right where it connects to the intake..
Also, Idle Air Control valves are a "famous" component to cause the same problem..
