Question 2000 Ford Ranger Air Conditioning

My Air conditioning stays cool only for about 2 minutes after starting the truck. What should I look for in a repair??? Is it out of coolant???

Ranger AC

The refrigerant would be first choice to check.

Talking Found out the answer

Noticed the other day that my truck temperature gauge was maxing out. She was ready to blow!!! Took it to a repair shop only to find out that the thermastat was stuck open. The truck has a safety sensor that shuts off the air conditioner when the truck reaches a unsafe temperature. WOW. Thermastat was replaced and now it is freezing in my truck. YEEHAAA!!!!!!
