Question ac not cooling 95 toyota tacoma

Ac blowing air but not cooling. Took to Mieneke and they said ac was charged but it might be electrical. Not familiar with the general workings of ac but I do know that when you push the button on the dash for the air the motor has a definite change. So I am assuming electric is getting to the compressor. Befor I spend an arm and a leg, can anyone tell me what might be the problem.

Feel the two A/C lines going into the firewall. One should be cold and the other should be hot. If they are both hot/warm, then the problem could be electrical or mechanical. (A/C lines are the silver ones if you didn't know)

If one line is cold, the other hot, then you have a mode/blend door problem.

Can you hear and see the A/C compressor clutch kicking on? On the outside o the compressor, you will see hte a/c clutch spin for a bit.

Check that and report back.
