'93 f150 5.0L has small oil leak

there is a gasket (or seal) just posterior to the oil pan which seems to be the place where there is slight oil seepage causing a small oil stain on the driveway. Does anyone know what this gasket/seal is called and how difficult (involved) is it to replace? - Thanks so much for any help. LPoole.

Smile oil seal

If you are talking about a oil leak at the rear of the engine than most likely you are talking about either the oil pan gasket or seal or the rear crankshaft main bearing seal. In order to replace the crankshaft rear main bearing seal you would have to loosen all of the crankshaft main bearing bolts a few turns then completely remove the 1 in the rear and the seal should be in 2 halves. The bottom 1 will be easy but the top 1 you can push around with something small untill you can grab ahold of it.
