Angry '93 Chevy Silverado 1500 won't start

I started having problems starting my truck. Sometimes it would start and sometimes it wouldn't. Now it won't start at all. The dash lights come on when I turn the key but the engine won't turn over. Battery and cables are fine, alternator is fine and starter is fine. I'm guessing the ignition. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Terminology problems often cause diagnosis problems. What do you mean by 'turn over'?? To me, that means the starter does not turn. If it cranks, but does not fire, I would suspect the fuel pump, fuel filter(I had a 93, fuel pump died at about 60K). If it does not crank, go back to the battery and physically remove the cables. Those side mount battery terminals are notorious for corroding off.
