1998 Silverado 1500 Fuel Pump Issue

Truck will not start after sitting overnight. Checked and replaced fuel pump relay. Found out about oil sensor relay, added oil, and fuel pump will still not work. There is a weird noise at plastic part over the Carb.

Welcome to the forums! No carb, but throttle body injection. Not sure what noise it could be, since there are no moving parts in that area. If the truck gets no oil pressure, it shuts off the fuel pump. You have changed the relay, and the only thing left is the wiring itself or the pump inside the tank. When you turn on your ignition, do you hear the pump run for a couple of seconds? If not, then it is not working. With the switch in the "on" position, dash lights on, parking brake on, wheels chocked, slide under the tank and rap it a couple of times with a rubber hammer. If the pump comes on, you either have trash in your tank or a failing pump.
