2000 Ranger brake noise

I have a 2000 Ranger with 60,000 miles on it. I just replaced the front brake pads. The original pads had worn down to the squeal button. The new pads work great but now I have a squealing noise coming from one wheel while the truck is moving. The rotors looked okay and I cannot see anything wrong.

Does anyone have any suggestions? If I need to change the rotors and calipers, does anyone know where I can get a diagram for this for my truck? Thanks for any help!

Did you clean up the rotors especially along the top edge (both sides) where the lip of rust is. It will rub against your spindle and cause same noise.
